Patient Participation Group

Recruiting Now!

The Practice Participation Group (PPG) consists of volunteer patients and members of staff who come together every 3 months to discuss the surgery.

We welcome any patients who have suggestions or ideas and would like to know how things work. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get your views across in an informal manner – there will also be tea and coffee!

If you are over 16 and would like to be a member of our Patient Participation Group, please hand in the bottom section of this form at reception.

For more information, please contact the Practice Manager.

Statement regarding CQC Report

The surgery received the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report earlier this year. Patients may have heard or read about this in the local newspaper or on our website.

A copy of the report can be found here.

The surgery has had followup visits by the Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS England. The surgery have been working closely with both groups to ensure the service we provide is continuously improving.

We would like to reassure all our patients that we have addressed the issues raised by the CQC.

If you have any queries or concerns, please put these in writing for the attention of the Practice Manager.
